The sweetest revenge

Tuesday, July 27, 2010

Sometimes the best revenge is time and silence. I am a firm believer in NOT getting people back. There are just principles in life that have been around for centuries. Whether you want to call it karma or divine intervention but what you do to others will always come back to either bite you or save you.

Lol, at the valet guy checking out what "The Nightmare" discarded. Girl werk!

Like Niecy Nash said, "... go on the breakup diet." "...drink champagne with your girlfriends but don't give up on love." Plus making sure you look your best while the scumbag is frockling around the beach with his man titties doesn't hurt!

If it sounds too good to be true most likely...

...it's too good to be true.

I find the humor in sites offering a pair of CLs for $200-300 and women think that these sites are legit! It's sad that there are women that fall for sites like this. Is it possibly to buy a pair of CLs at a discounted rate? Yes! If you are patient and an internet junkie; just stalk Barney's, NM, Saks, and BG during the major sale seasons (end of June and December) and I guarantee you can score a pair of CLs for approximately $300 to $600. Also, check out purseblog.com or thefashionspot.com they usually have really good leads. Do your homework ladies or just create a shoe savings account. I would rather do it the old fashion way. Go into a NM store and get up close and personal with the shoe that I will be spending loads of mula on. #imjustsaying

Oh Savannah

Tuesday, July 13, 2010

So over the 4th of July weekend, I went on my annual trip to Savannah. I can never get tired of this city. The city is filled with historical detail; from the willow trees to the brownstone homes to horse carriages. Every time I come, I always tell the beau that we need to get married in this city (it means a lot to us). And of course, his reply is "whatever you want." Guys are silly. We stayed mostly in the downtown are but did manage to venture to Tybee Island. Sorry, did not snap enough pictures...still try to find the best setting on stupid camera. I even spotted a bride and it was quite difficult to snap a decent picture while my body was half way out of the car.

Forsyth Park is a popular place for weddings...you can see why, right?

The lovely fountain!!!

I loved the homes and seeing the U.S. flag EVERY WHRERE made me smile.

You cannot see clearly but if you look closely, you will see a bride & groom that was crossing the street. I know they thought I was crazy but oh well!
