Birthday Love

...So on Tuesday, Nov. 10th was my birthday. At first I was having anxieties about getting closer to the big 3-0. Yikes! I have left the mid 20's club and have now joined the late 20's. I am not even 40 and thought I was having mid-life crisis. But somehow, some way, my friend Mr. G-O-D reminded me of all the things I have to look forward to. While it is easy for me to worry about the minute details in life, I should focus on the bigger picture. I am a better person than I was last year. I may have gained 3 to 4 more pounds than I wanted instead of losing. I may not be in the career that I anticipated BUT I am definitely on the right track at being the best me that only know how to be. And for that I am grateful.



I will take that with stride and continue this road of improvement. So anyhoot...some of my birthday gifts to myself arrived in the mail. I finally bought a camera!!! Not an SLR like I wanted but a Canon PowerShot SD990. I also bought some OTK flat boots from Zara and a pair of Dolce Vita booties. I will dedicate a post when I get my camera. I am tempted to go to Savannah! Not sure yet. Is anyone planning on hitting up H&M for the launch of Jimmy Choo. I heard there will be ridiculous lines. That does not sound like fun, so I am on the fence.
